1.Registration
- Participants can register online through the official link: https://sportsutsav.com/ or offline by paying the applicable fees based on the selected race category.

- No individual or organization is authorized to collect registration fees or applications on behalf of the organizers. Please do not entertain any such fraudsters.
2.Application Review
- Participants must carefully read all event-related details provided on the official website and registration form before submitting their application.
- Application confirmation is subject to standard rules and eligibility criteria mentioned on the website.
3.Refund & Withdrawal Policy
- Once registration is completed, refunds, cancellations, or transfers of participation are not permitted.
4.Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain discipline and respect towards organisers, volunteers, vendors, and third-party contractors. Any abusive, rude, or inappropriate behavior may lead to disqualification and a permanent ban from future events.
5.Age Criteria (Minimum Age on Race Day)
- Half Marathon (21.0975 km): 18 years
- Open 10K:12 years
- Run for Fun (5 km): 12 years
6.Documents Required
To collect the BIB and running kit, runners must submit the following documents:
For Indian Participants: Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License).

For International Participants: Not Allowed
Valid Passport (mandatory).
Government-issued Tax ID / National ID.
Address & Contact Number as per registration details.
Note: Valid documents must be carried for verification at BIB collection.
7.BIB & Timing
BIBs are mandatory for participation in the 21/10/5 KM categories.
BIBs are not mandatory for participation in the 3 KM categories.
Runners must wear their BIB clearly visible at all times during the race.
