By 27th November 2027, Sports Utsav will organize Half Marathon events in the capitals of all Indian states. The top three male and female winners from each state will receive professional marathon training for a historic Guinness World Record attempt—running from Jammu & Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

Sports Utsav will provide this training completely free of cost, ensuring that no participant has to pay any fees. After successfully achieving the world record, these athletes will be further trained for national and international competitions. In total, 28 male and 28 female athletes will be selected and prepared for elite-level competitions.

All selected athletes will continue their journey under the Urmila Shree Sports Club Federation, where they will receive professional support to advance their sports careers and bring pride to India on the global stage.
